Several of the circles are popped up on different levels to add some interest to this page...it looks really cool IRL. I saw someone do something like this but I don't remember who or where!!! Sorry.
I made this "postage stamp" shaped paper by simply using a circle punch. Thanks for the tip Jess!!!
