*this post was started on Friday...due to Life with Littles it did not get posted until...now*
wow...first off I didn't realize it had been so long since I'd blogged! Sorry about that!!! Anyway...funny story from this morning...I was here...checking my e-mail and such. Kessa had eaten breakfast already, but Zeke hadn't as he had only been up for a few minutes. He was happily playing on the bedroom floor and I could hear Kessa getting a bowl and spoon out of her cabinet and mumbling about feeding Zekiel but I thought nothing of it...until...I walked into the kitchen and this greeted my eyes!!! As soon as Kessa saw me she said, "Mommy get Zekiel! I feel Zekiel!" The most amazing part was how little of the food and formula ended up on the table and floor! So after getting over my shock, I got a more um..."managable" about of food in his bowl and did indeed let her feed him. She was doing a good job and didn't want any help so I went and brushed my teeth...the whole time wondering..."Does it make me a bad parent that I'm in here brushing my teeth while my 2 year old feeds my 8 months old?"

oh my goodness that is too cute! and no - it's not "bad mommy" at all - mommy needed to brush her teeth! lol
no not a bad mommy at all. that is just so sweet of her to be such a caring big sister.
How Cute! No your not bad and it looks like she did a great job! Everyone can use help now and then even if it is from a 2yr old. My 8 yr old now makes lunch for her and her 5 yr sister (over the summer) and she didn't want help. She even mixes the pancake batter so I can make them pancakes for breakfast. Kids will be kids!
awww Gina that is so cute! your not a bad mommy...you must be a good mommy cuz Kessa already knows how to take care and love her little bro!
What a sweetie! Can't wait to see the scrapped page! BTW, I know what a good mommy you are!
